The client
Rollick connects recreation vehicle shoppers with manufacturers and dealers. Its lead follow-up program helps shoppers take the next step after a vehicle inquiry. The measured voice cohort covers leads associated with 50 dealers.
The problem
A vehicle inquiry does not tell a dealer when the shopper wants to buy or visit. Someone still needs to call, confirm interest, ask about the purchase timeframe, and agree on a next step. Missed calls need another attempt. Some shoppers want to see the vehicle in person; others need a dealer callback first.
What Revve built
- Voice concierge: An AI agent calls on behalf of the relevant dealer, refers to the vehicle inquiry, and asks when the customer plans to buy. It offers a dealer visit or callback and records the preferred day and time.
- Phone and text follow-up: Separate phone, SMS, and combined campaigns handle outreach. Campaign instructions set contact windows, attempt limits, and exits when the customer opts out or accepts an appointment or callback.
- Integrations: Salesforce is connected. Lead records carry the Salesforce identifier, vehicle, dealer address, business hours, and referral program.
- Guardrails and handoff: The voice agent identifies itself as virtual, directs pricing questions to the dealer, and flags accepted visits or callbacks for dealer follow-up.

Acceptance includes callbacks and flexible time preferences. These figures count the agent's recorded outcomes, not dealer-calendar confirmations or completed test drives. Attendance and sales are not established by these records.
A dealer visit agreed on the call
In a March call, a shopper interested in a Kawasaki said they planned to buy within a few weeks and preferred an in-person visit. The agent gave the dealer address and asked for a time. The shopper chose April 5 at about 10 a.m. The agent repeated the details and recorded the visit.
